Montana Public Employees Retirement Administration
You will be reporting to MPERA if you offer retirement benefits through the Public Employee Retirement System (PERS). You will be reporting to them frequently because they have reporting requirements each time you complete payroll. You also need to report to them any time you have a new hire, retiree, or an employee who has changed their status - either by resigning, moving to part-time, or something else. Please review the MPERA Employer website for guidance.
